  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship out within a few working days after confirmation of order, and then take up to usually 2 - 6 weeks to reach your doorstep.

 

  1. What's your return policy?

Even we have policy. What we normally practice is that instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns create more hustle for you and are not practical. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a few pictures to contact4hk2@ssonlinetrading.com and we’ll give you your money back in full as long as reasonable. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified in Policy, 2 - 6 weeks under normal circumstances as well as excluding the holiday season. Send us an e-mail telling us the reason. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead, and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it. Though, please don't abuse this.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund as long as reasonable. You wouldn't be asked to ship the product back to us in normal circumstances. Though, please don't abuse this.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll usually get you a new one as long as reasonable reason.
